I am
working on many many many projects. I am currently engaged in the
choreographic process of my next piece entitled Beyond Containers. It is an
investigation of experiences of expanding beyond external and internal
boundaries in relationship to individual’s concept of self.
The piece will be presented in the fall of 2012.

Celebrating American Music
Our season finale is a joyful celebration of American music, old and
new. We contrast rare works from the Civil War era and early 20th
century American musical theater with three wonderful new works by Los
Angeles-based composer Eric Davis: a poignant song cycle for soprano, a
vibrant choral work, and a newly commissioned work for chorus and
dancers, choreographed by Rachel Lopez. Director Corey Jamason and Eric
Davis will speak one hour before both the Saturday and Sunday concerts.

Jeremy recently published piece of writing as part
of itch journal #8: pornocracy.
Itch is an evolving art project in the form of a journal that aspires
to serve the community of dancers and other artists of the Los Angeles
area and beyond. Its is a limited edition special issue featuring
50+ pages of artists writing from Los Angeles, NYC, San Francisco,
and Berlin.
